The entire household was bustling as the priest already announced the date for the mating ritual. Alexia was actually very nervous and the entire palace was so busy that even she had to stay all day in her room because of how filled up the entire living room was.
She was on her phone when suddenly the door opened revealing Micheal. He had a bag in his hands and a smile plastered on his face. She wondered why he was smiling so much and what he was holding in his hands.
She decided to just see what he had for her. “You’re looking happy today,” she said
He just rolled his eyes at her because he knew that she was just bent on teasing him. I know you love me,” he said and she placed a k*ss on his cheeks.
“What’s in the bag?” She asked, feeling very anxious.
He knew that it was his time to be very secretive and tease her. He hid it behind his back. Guess what’s inside,” he said and she gasped.
She couldn’t believe that he was literally playing dirty with her. She wanted to hit him and tell him how unfair he was being but she didn’t just yet, instead she tapped him on his head.
“You’re not being fair,” she said and folded her arms together.
He just laughed at how cute she was and gently pinched her on the cheeks before handing her the gift. She opened it and to her surprise it was a beautiful red dress and literally red was her favorite color.
“Oh my God, I can’t believe it,” she said and checked the price tag. It was over five thousand bucks. She didn’t even want to talk right there as she was surprised at what she was holding in front of her.
This is so expensive, why did you get me this?” She asked.
Micheal couldn’t believe that she would ask such question because to him it was so little and she deserved much more than that. “You’re my queen and a queen only deserves the best,” he said pulling out a box from his pockets.
She opened her m*uth wide again. She wondered just how many surprises he had hidden for her because it seemed all too much for her.
She was smiling as he opened the box revealing a beautiful diamond n*ecklace. “Wow, this is so beautiful,” she said, admiring the n*ecklace.
May I?” he asked and she nodded in response.
She turned to the other side allowing him to put the n*ecklace on her n*eck. She wasn’t the type to fancy expensive gifts but she just couldn’t help but gush over the n*ecklace that Micheal got her.
*This is so very beautiful, thank you Micheal,” she said and placed a k*ss on his cheeks.
“It’s your Luna ceremony too so you deserve to look your best,” he said, only making her more anxious.
She had a ceremony to attend which was not only her mating ritual but also the day of her Luna ceremony. The twins decided that once they made her their mate she would become their Luna too.
She wondered what would happen if the mating ritual didn’t work and she wasn’t able to transform into a wolf. Would the pack allow such a person to rule them? She would just be seen as weak and useless.
“I know what you’re thinking about but like I’ve said before, none of that matters to me,” he said and she nodded in response to him.
He placed a k*ss on her hand and just when they were enjoying their little moment together, Miles burst in with a bag in his hands making two of them freak.

Aww. I can’t believe you beat me to it,” he said with a pout on his face.
*I told you I’ll beat you, now you can pay up,” he said making Alexia confused about the entire thing.
“Why should he pay up?. She asked.
They explained the entire thing about getting a gift for her and the person who delivers the gifts first would get paid by the other person and the other would pay for the gift Alexia liked best.
She couldn’t help but giggled at their cute banter as they bickered back and forth.
They knew that it was true but they actually took it very serious. “Just because we’re in our twenties doesn’t mean we can’t have fun. Miles said.
So which gift do you like best so I can mock his ass,” Miles asked, handing her his gift.
She opened his gift and to her surprise it was a beautiful silver heel with shining stones covered all over it to give it its magnificent look.
“It’s beautiful,” she said.
“Yes, I knew that having it in mind to buy you shoes was a good idea,” he said, feeling very confident but Micheal just rolled his eyes at him.
“I also got you this,” he said opening a small box revealing a diamond bracelet and earrings to match.
Not fair. I said I was going to get jewelleries, Micheal yelled with a pout.
“You didn’t say the type of earrings and looks like you didn’t get her earrings or bracelet, you snooze you loose,” he said. laughing.
“So, pick your favorite, Micheal said.
She liked both and didn’t want to be caught in the middle. She didn’t want to have to choose because she loved them both.
“Why are you making me choose? It’s like having to choose between both of you and that’s making me sad,” she said amidst
tears.
The twins felt sad and immediately apologized.
She felt proud for using the reverse psychology on them.
