Loved by the twin alphas by Stephen Chapter 108

Chapter 108

The people that saw them on the way pulled out from their way, seeing the looks on their faces.

Alpha Michael and Miles continued to forge ahead toward the hospital. Alexia, their mate, was ill and vomiting blood all through the previous night, and what could be wrong with her? They could not tell.

They finally got to the hospital and they walked into it. The ever–busy hospital was crowded with so many people with the nurses pacing up and down.

They noticed the doctor that attended to Alexia the previous day and they walked towards her.

“Tell us doctor, what is wrong with her?” Michael was the first to speak up, staring right into the eyes of the doctor.

But he seemed to be lost in a trace as he could not speak for a while. They could feel their hearts beating, so loudly that the sound of it was rising to their ear drums.

The doctor pulled closer to them and whispered into their ears. “We need to talk in the office Alphas. He noted.

The two Alpha twins were hesitant for a while but they stared at each other and nodded. They followed the doctor closely from behind until they got to his office.

“Please sit.” The doctor mumbled, gesturing to the seats that were just before him but they refused to sit down.

“Doctor. What’s wrong with her that you could not tell us in public? Or do you even want to say something worse?” Miles muttered and from the look hanging on his face, he was every single bit worried for Alexia.

“No, she is getting better. Have taken her to the intensive care section..” He was about to say but they interrupted him, even before he could get to finish his statement.

“You took her to the intensive care section before? Was it that bad?” Michael inquired.

Tm afraid so.” The doctor noted with a sad look hanging on his face.

“When she was rushed down to the hospital, I was successfully able to stop her from vomiting blood but after several cross- examination, I discovered that there was wolfbane in her blood.” He revealed and their eyes brightened.

“What!!.. they exclaimed almost at the same time.”

“Yes.” The doctor reaffirmed.

“But how? And by who?” They muttered, still lost in utmost shock.

And to make things even worse for them, wolfsbane is the strongest poison ever discovered in the werewolf world, so her chances of living were very slim.

“So what should we do now? How is she doing?” He Inquired.

“Well, I have been able to relieve her of the pain, and as for the vomiting, it has stopped too.” He noted but there was an abrupt pause.

“But… The doctor stopped abruptly.

The Alpha twin was now really worried for Alexia and they could not allow anything to happen to her.

They drew over to the doctor and placed their hands on the table, staring right into his eyes.

“But what?” They inquired again, staring right into the eyes of the doctor.

“Tell us, doctor, we will be able to handle any situation that comes with it.”

The wolfsbane has successfully circulated her b*dy and for whatever treatment that I give to her, I am only going to be extending her life span to buy us more time and nothing more.

“Shit.” Miles gasped. “So you are trying to say that there is nothing that can be done to help her?” He inquired.

“No. Something can be done. You might want to take your seats now.” He noted.

Michael and Miles stared at each other again and looked back at the seats that were laying empty behind them.

They walked gradually towards it and they sat down while they kept on waiting for the doctor on the next step that had to be

taken.

He brought out a file from his pocket and sl*pped through it.

“Here it is.” He mumbled.

“So the wolfbane majorly cohabitates the werewolves so that it would be able to circulate.”

“So you are trying to say that her wolf is dormant right now?” Michael inquired.

“Yes, and the only way that we can help her now is to trigger her wolf to help her to heal faster and stop the circulation of the wolfbane in her system. He explained to them.

“So what should we do now? How do we trigger her wolf?” Miles added.

“For now. I will try to trigger it but if I need help, I am going to ask for one.” He noted

“Doctor, please do whatever it is that you have to do but please, make sure that nothing happens to her, please.” Michael pleaded.

“I am going to do my best.”

Meanwhile, Miles was shivering with so much hate and anger as he squeezed his hands, trying as hard as he could to control the burning anger that was beginning to flame up the inside of him.”

“I can’t wait to get my hands on whoever it is that did this to her. I am going to tear the person apart with my bare hands and feed his or her flesh to the dogs.” He growled at the top of his voice.

“You are not alone, brother. I will be right there with you, tearing the person apart with my fangs. Our wolves will surely have a great time. He sneered and he could feel his wolf bubbling inside of him at the sound of that.

“I really can’t wait.” He could hear his wolf, Caleb whispering into his ears.

“That would be all. The doctor said not wanting to get messed up on anything that would have to do with the Alpha tswins.

“I have other people to attend to.” He explained and they nodded their heads,

They exchanged a handshake with the doctor and walked away from the office gradually. But they were really scared,

“Michael, can you hear my heart beating from the point that I am standing because I can also hear it right now?” Miles noted as he drew a really deep breath, deeper than he had ever drawn all his life.
