Bonnie raised her eyebrows, showing little emotion.
After responding to Bonnie, Shane turned to Hamish again and asked, “Mr. Hamish, do you want to cooperate with me? Can you give me a definite answer? If you keep silent like this, how am I supposed to know what you mean?”
Before Hamish could say anything, Bonnie’s voice rang out again.
“Okay.”
Shane didn’t expect Bonnie to speak again. Her tone carried a hint of unfriendliness.
“What… do you mean?”
Bonnie met Shane’s eyes and spoke coolly, her expression remaining unaltered. “I mean, I agree.”
Initially, Shane thought Bonnie was deliberately causing trouble. However, her words made him realize that something was off.
Recalling that Hamish had remained silent during the entire exchange, even though this individual didn’t seem like a senior corporate leader and had a youthful appearance, Hamish hadn’t interrupted her wher she talked, indicating that her position with Tang Fusion Studios shouldn’t be low.
Thinking it over, Shane’s gaze towards Bonnie gradually changed, and his tone became much softer. “When you say you agree, can you tell me if your decision represents the entire Tang Fusion Studios?” “It means I agree,” With a sly smile, Bonnie met Shane’s gaze.
“But it’s not with your Fernandez family. It’s with the Knight family.”
After hearing these words, Shane’s face changed drastically, and he stood up abruptly from his chair.
“So, you’re intentionally playing me?”
He had been happy for a short while because of Bonnie’s response. But he was back to nothing within a few seconds!
“How am I playing you? Did I say I was going to cooperate with your Fernandez family?” Bonnie’s face still wore a faint smile.
To Shane, this smile seemed like a naked mockery. His face turned livid, and he clenched his fists, wanting to retort to Bonnie’s words. But he couldn’t find the right words to counter. After all, Bonnie hadn’t explicitly said she would cooperate with the Fernandez family.
Seeing Shane remaining silent, Bonnie casually took out her phone and made a video call to Ivor.
Ivor almost instantly answered, followed by his magnetic and gentle voice.
“Honey, aren’t you busy? Why do you have time to call me?”
Bonnie remained composed. “There’s something important I need to tell you.”
“What is it?”
Bonnie glanced sideways in the direction where Shane was, then leisurely said, “The chairman of Tang Fusion Studios is considering allying with your Knight family. Are you willing?”
When Shane saw Ivor appear in the video, his heart surged with shock, and his gaze toward Bonnie was filled with suspicion.
He didn’t take this young girl seriously when he first came in. Who would have thought that not only did she have a say in front of Hamish, but she also seemed to have a close relationship with Ivor? This made him think deeply about what identity this girl held.
Upon hearing Bonnie’s words, Ivor looked deeply at her for a moment, unable to guess her intentions. Therefore, he didn’t rush to answer but instead asked, “An alliance? Can you represent Tang Fusion Studios in negotiating with me?”
Bonnie pursed her lips, smiling but not saying anything.
