The more she rubbed his thigh, the more inappropriate it felt.
The man gripped Bonnie’s hand and gradually moved upward.
“Don’t go too far!” Bonnie glared at him.
“See, they can’t keep up the act anymore. Look at Bonnie’s eyes. She’s almost devouring Ivor. And look at his expression, smiling but with hidden malice as he looks at Bonnie like he wants to devour her too.” Sienna analyzed.
“I’m impressed. It seems you’re right.” Adele admitted she had misjudged. “You’re quite sharp.”
“Sharp enough, but mainly because I know Ivor. He’s never been interested in women, so how could he like Bonnie?”
Bonnie suddenly pulled her hand back, and of course, Ivor also loosened his grip. Otherwise, Bonnie would have had difficulty escaping from his big palm.
“You have sauce on your mouth…” Ivor looked at the corner of Bonnie’s mouth.

Ivor slowly raised his hand, touched his face, and smiled.
They said love hurt, and it did. Although it hurt, it was a happy kind of pain. Ivor stood up to chase after her.
Adele turned to look at Sienna as if mechanically. “S-Sienna, d-do you still think… they’re acting?”
Sienna was spluttering before turning to face Orpheus, who appeared pleased as he watched the couple leave.
Sienna didn’t need to ask anyone else. She already had the answer.
Just as she had said to Adele, she knew Ivor well enough. He would never go this far, even if Orpheus begged him to act.
And from Ivor’s earlier look at Bonnie, he appeared to be happy even after being slapped. He was completely unconcerned about the opinions of others. If this was acting, he deserved an award.
Bonnie left the McLeod residence in a huff and headed outside. She had not gone far when Ivor caught up with her.
“Bonnie!” Ivor grabbed Bonnie’s hand from behind.
“Let go!”
“My Bonnie, let me explain. I did this for Uncle Orpheus.”
“For Uncle Orpheus? It looks like it’s more for yourself.”
Ivor placed Bonnie’s palm against his chest to allow her to feel his heartbeat.
