“Hmm? What do you mean?” Bonnie squinted.
‘Someone’s trying to assassinate me. Are they closing in on me?’
Toby pulled out his phone. “See for yourself.”
His expression was déjà vu all over again. Avril looked just the same when Sienna mobilized her fans to attack her.
‘Has Sienna not given up on it? Is she stirring up trouble again?’
Then, she got curious and checked the Twitter updates.
‘I knew it!’
About ten minutes ago, Sienna, who had gone off the radar for about a week, made a Tweet. She attached a picture of herself in it with a caption that read,
“Don’t worry about me, everyone. I’m doing fine. I just needed some rest because I’m a little tired.”
In the picture, she wore a mask and a bucket hat. Even so, it was impossible to cover the bruise on her face. Anyone would’ve been able to tell that she was beaten up. Just like that, her tweet was flooded with angry comments.
“What happened, honey? Why’s your face all bruised up? That explains why you haven’t been taking on gigs for days.”
“Do you have to ask? I’m certain the homewrecker who seduced Orpheus did this. She’s behind this!”
“How shameless! What has the world come to? Why’s a homewrecker this overbearing?”
“We have to attack her together! It’s time for us to unite under a common cause!”
Not long after, Sienna made another tweet.
“I feel I should clarify this. Bonnie has nothing to do with this. I accidentally hurt myself while I was shooting a scene.”
“Come on. Don’t defend the
homewrecker. You’ve been shooting

nothing but romantic television dramas. You didn’t have to be suspended in midair by the wires; nor did you take any role that involved combat scenes. So, why Would you get hurt while shooting a scene?
“Even if what you said is true. No filming crew is going to let you get hurt in the face. More to the point, look at how bad the bruises are on your face.”
“If this is Sienna’s official explanation, then I’m sure the homewrecker threatened her.”
“As far as I know, the homewrecker came from the countryside. So, how does it have the capability to be threatening Sienna?”
“That’s because you only know part of the truth. Rumor has it that this Bonnie character has a sugar daddy who’s supposed to be all-powerful and wealthy.” “Ew! That’s gross.”
Bonnie stopped scrolling after the last comment.
Toby’s brows furrowed when he noticed how quiet she was. “A-Are you okay, Ms. Bonita?”
She waved casually, unperturbed.
“Sienna’s kind of smart. Her tactics
are better and smarter this time.
With that said, she better hopeinet
doesn’t go too far. Otherwise, I’d still teach her a lesson, even if the
Mcleod family begs me to forgive her.”

‘This reminds me of when I went to the overseas conference. If the Mcleod brothers didn’t put their lives on the line, she probably would’ve received her due punishment.
‘Anyway, that’s also why I got off her back and put the whole thing behind me. I wouldn’t have forgotten and forgiven her otherwise.’
“What do you mean, Ms. Bonita?” Toby asked puzzlingly.
“It’s nothing. Let’s get on with our work.”
After she dealt with Toby, she was about to dive back into her work when she heard Keenan’s angry voice.
“Let me take care of this, Ms. Bonita.”
She was a little curious, so she asked, “I’m all ears. Tell me just how you are going to handle this. Are you going to tell me you’ll beat her to a pulp?”
