I Love You, Miss Genius Chapter 389

Chapter 389

“Are you sure your eyes are working right? Natalee came over here to fight with me. Then, she offered to make a deal. Nobody forced her at all. Don’t you think she picked on me?” Bonnie said mockingly.

Rene was stumped a little. “But, she…”

“What is it? Are you going to say we’re classmates?! Am I supposed to forgive her unquestioningly? Should I have become the bigger person even if she slaughtered my entire family and desecrated my

ancestors‘ tombstone? After all, we’re classmates. Right?

“Are you trying to say I don’t love my classmates if I don’t forgive her?” Bonnie said dryly.

“1. Um…” Rene couldn’t think of anything to say.

Bonnie continued leisurely, “Explain something to me like a three–year–old kid. Why didn’t Natalee apply your logic and show her classmate some love earlier? Why did she viciously attack me like that? Don’t you think she’s the first to neglect to love her classmate?

“How does this work, exactly? Why can’t I defend myself when she picks on me? Come on now, Rene. You’ve always seemed nice and easygoing, which is why everyone was quite fond of you. I didn’t know you were this unreasonable and despicable.”

The other classmates heard what Bonnie said and turned their gaze onto Rene.

All of them initially thought she was this soft, understanding lady. Now, however, it seemed like they gave

her too much credit..

On the other hand, Rene could feel the disdainful look of her fellow students, as if they were already

keeping a distance from her. She got panicked.

“Bah! You’re just vicious, Bonnie! Rene’s such a nice girl, yet you spoke harshly to her. I see what you’re doing. You’re trying to drive a wedge between her and everyone else.” Natalee roared furiously.

Bonnie straight up hurled the book at her and said. “Swallow it.”

Natalee shut up immediately.

She raised her eyebrows and said, “I was going to spare you, but now… You have to swallow it. Otherwise, you’ll suffer the same fate as Trina.”

Natalee wasn’t even fazed by what she said. “Wh–who do you think you are? What makes you think your can just expel me as you see fit? Are you the university president?”

Coldness traced her eyes, and she said faintly, “I’m your worst nightmare.”

At this moment, her patience had come to an end.

“I’m going to count to three/If you don’t swallow the book,

you’ll be expelled.”

“Hahaha…” Holding her belly, Natalee laughed maniacally. “Did you hear it, everyone? I’ve seen a lot of bluffs in my time, but this one has got to take the cake.

“Goodness, Gracious! This one’s hit my funny bone. Good job, Bonnie. I almost bought it.”

The rest of the classmates burst out laughing as well.

“Look at her go. I would’ve thought she was about to become the university president if I didn’t know

better.”

“I just don’t get it. She’s such a good–looking girl, but why does she talk that nastily? Sheesh! What a

waste.”

“You said it. To be frank, I would’ve been with the fact that she was a good–for–nothing. What matters most for a lady is that she looks beautiful. I didn’t want to admit this, but I probably would’ve hit on her if she wasn’t so nasty and had a sharp tongue.”

“Me too. Hehehe…”

Avril couldn’t hold herself back anymore. “You guys are the ones who are nasty. What did Bonnie do to offend you? Do you have to talk about her like that?”

“It’s okay, Avril. We don’t have to bother ourselves with a bunch of clowns.” Reaching out, Bonnie stopped

her and looked at Natalee again.

“Three.”

‘Is she seriously counting down now?

“Heh!” Natalee smirked and looked at Bonnie disdainfully.

“Two.”

“Keep going! Keep going, I said! Let’s see how you’re going to expel me today?”

“One.”

At the next moment, Bonnie pulled out her phone.

Then, the school counselor stepped into the lecture hall and said, “The university president’s looking for you, Natalee.”

“What? The university president’s looking for me?” Natalee seriously thought she had misheard the

counselor.
