Whitney had always been confident in her ability to drink, but today, she had a lot of alcohol. She was also overwhelmed with emotion Soon, Whitney became dizzy, and her stomach churned.

After a short rest, she washed her face with cold water. She was much more saber now, but she still felt dizzy. Then, she left the bathroom and headed for the private room.
However, when she passed a terrace, Whitney glanced and saw a familiar figure.
Whitney would have suspected that Thiago was stalking her if not for the impromptu dinner they had arranged,
Meanwhile, Thiago was conversing with another man.
The alcohol made Whitney’s vision a little blurry. She shook her head and tried to focus her eyes on him. When her eyes cleared for a split second, she saw what the man looked like. It was none other than the CEO of Nirvana Company.
At that moment, they were talking and laughing together.
Whitney sobered up immediately when she saw all that. She seemed to have suddenly figured out something.
No wonder Nirvana Company had the designs for the studio. It turned out that Thiago was behind it all.
Thiago seemed to hate her so much that he wanted to kill her.

When Thiago heard that, he stopped and looked at Whitney. The veins in his neck had popped out in anger. He gritted his teeth and fumed, “I’ve had enough! You have gone through a lot of trouble to bring me down. I think you are playing hard to get and are willing to do anything to achieve your goal. But let me tell you, you are too naive for that!”
“Playing hard to get? I don’t even care about your shabby company. You take yourself too seriously,” she retorted.
Whitney crossed her arms and looked at Thiago with disdain. She could easily make Mackenzie Corporation disappear with the power of the Greene family if she wanted to, but she chose not to rely on them. Instead, she wanted to prove herself.
“Really? Then why did you hire someone from my company? Is it just to find talent? Why can’t you hire from somewhere else? You think you’re innocent? I haven’t even gotten with you yet, but you came here to condemn me?” he snarled,
Just as Thiago was waiting for Whitney to answer him, a tall figure suddenly appeared in front of Whitney.
“Mr. Mackenzie, isn’t it embarrassing for you to argue with a woman in public? Do you believe there’s no one around her, or do you think. she’s an easy target?” Finnegan asked, staring at Thiago and emphasizing each word.
“Finnegan, this has nothing to do with you. You’d better leave this matter alone. She is being unreasonable and cousing trouble in the first place. She’s acting like a shrew and making a scene. It’s so embarrassing,” Thiago said.
“Is your ex–wife so embarrassing to you? Do you think she’s acting like a show? What woman wants to be called a shrew? It’s really a case of out with the old and in with the new. Men are as narrow minded as you are rare. Suddenly, I feel sorry for Winnie. I don’t know why she ever got involved with a man like you,” Finnegan sneered.
